Master Your Health Workshop for People Living with Chronic Pain

This is a NO COST, six (6) week chronic pain management program open to anyone in our community. 

Classes are highly participative.

Bring a frind or family member to attend with you.

 

You will learn about:

– Exercises for maintaining and improving strength, flexibility and endurance

– Techniques to deal with stress, anger, frustration, depression, fatigue, isolation and other challenges of living with       chronic pain.

– Pain medications and treatments

 

Start Date: May 22, 2018 (held on Tuesdays for 6 weeks)

Time: 5:00pm to 7:30pm

Start your day with an hour of warm up, cool down, and light excercise
