Jackson Park Health Centre (Open House/Grand Opening)

The Windsor Family Health Team is located in the Jackson Park Health Centre.  The open house/grand opening will be an opportunity for residents of Windsor and surrounding area to visit the centre to learn about the services that are available.

Official Launch

The Windsor Family Health Team's board of directors are pleased to announce the official launch of the Windsor Family Health Team scheduled for August 17, 2007. The permanent home of the family health team will be at Jackson Park Health Centre located at 2475 McDougall, Windsor and is targeted to open the fall of 2007.
