WFHT will be providing an Urgent Care Clinic between 8AM and 12PM for all rostered patients of the WFHT. The Urgent Care Clinic will be by in-person appointment only with
WFHT will be providing an Urgent Care Clinic between 8AM and 12PM for all rostered patients of the WFHT. The Urgent Care Clinic will be by in-person appointment only with our scheduled Primary Care Provider (Physician or Nurse Practitioner) – which may not be your regular provider.
Your appointment notes and follow up items will be available to your regular Primary Care Provider and they will be consulted as needed to support your ongoing care.
Your appointment notes and follow up items will be sent to your Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner.
Urgent appointments are limited and are reserved for health concerns that require attention within 24 to 36 hours, for example:
