The Self-Esteem Group is a six-week psychoeducational treatment group for those interested in exploring and improving their self-esteem.
Many individuals feel alone in their struggles with low self-esteem, and this group is designed to help participants feel less isolated, connect with others who share similar experiences, and begin building a kinder, more supportive relationship with themselves.
Topics include:
- Exploring the roots of self-esteem
- Self-criticism
- Perfectionism and body image
- Developing self-compassion and acceptance
Groups run from on Wednesdays evenings from February 25th to April 1st, 5:30pm-7:30pm.
Participation requires a physician, nurse practitioner, or allied health professional referral.
