The Windsor Family Health Team’s Team Care Centre will be offering it’s Self-Esteem Psychoeducational Treatment Group starting February 25th. The six-week treatment group is for those interested in exploring and improving their self-esteem.
Many individuals feel alone in their struggles with low self-esteem, and this group is designed to help participants feel less isolated, connect with others who share similar experiences, and begin building a kinder, more supportive relationship with themselves.
Topics include:
- Exploring the roots of self-esteem
- Self-criticism
- Perfectionism and body image
- Developing self-compassion and acceptance
Groups run on Wednesday evening from 5:30pm-7:30pm and finish on April 1, 2026.
