The Windsor Family Health team is a group of interprofessional healthcare practitioners, including family physicians, who provide high-quality, inclusive primary care to residents in Windsor and the surrounding area. Our focus is on helping patients stay healthy through disease management and prevention, rehabilitation, palliative care, and health promotion. We offer these services in a respectful and holistic environment and are committed to providing care that is welcoming to all.
